1 Gallon- Fill up the nine gallon bucket and pour it into the four gallon bucket twice empty it out then you will have one gallon remaining in the nine gallon bucket.
2 Gallon-Fill up the nine gallon bucket and pour it into the four gallon bucket twice empty it out then you will have one gallon remaining in the nine gallon bucket. Pour one gallon into four gallon bucket. Fill up nine gallon bucket. pour three gallons from nine gallon bucket into four gallon bucket. Pour four gallon bucket out. You now have six gallons in nine gallon bucket. Then you pour four gallons into the four gallon bucket. You empty out the four gallons and you are left with two.
3 Gallon-Fill up four gallon bucket twice and pour it into nine gallon bucket then fill it up again and pour last gallon into nine gallon bucket you will have three left
4 Gallon- Fill up four gallon bucket.
5 Gallon- Fill up nine gallon bucket and pour four out into four gallon bucket empty out four gallon bucket and your left with five.
6 Gallon- Fill up the nine gallon bucket and pour it into the four gallon bucket twice empty it out then you will have one gallon remaining in the nine gallon bucket. Pour one gallon into four gallon bucket. Fill up nine gallon bucket. Pour three gallons from nine gallon bucket into four gallon bucket. Pour four gallon bucket out. You now have six gallons in nine gallon bucket.
7 Gallon-Fill up four gallon bucket twice and pour it into nine gallon bucket then fill it up again and pour last gallon into nine gallon bucket you will have three left then you pour the nine gallon bucket out and then pour the three into the nine gallon bucket and then fill up the four gallon bucket and pour it in.
8 Gallon-Fill up four gallon bucket twice and pour it into nine gallon bucket
9 Gallon- Fill up nine gallon bucket.
10 Gallon- Fill up the nine gallon bucket and pour it into the four gallon bucket twice empty it out then you will have one gallon remaining in the nine gallon bucket. pour one gallon into four gallon bucket. Fill up nine gallon bucket.
11 Gallon- Fill up the nine gallon bucket and pour it into the four gallon bucket twice empty it out then you will have one gallon remaining in the nine gallon bucket. Pour one gallon into four gallon bucket. Fill up nine gallon bucket. Pour three gallons from nine gallon bucket into four gallon bucket. Pour four gallon bucket out. You now have six gallons in nine gallon bucket. Then you pour four gallons from the nine gallon bucket into the four gallon bucket. You empty out the four gallons and you are left with two. Then you put the two gallons in the nine gallon bucket to the four gallon bucket. Then you fill up the nine gallon bucket and you will have eleven.
12 Gallon-Fill up four gallon bucket pour it into nine gallon bucket twice then fill up the four gallon bucket
13 Gallon- Fill up nine gallon and four gallon bucket.
